Delete your Astral Metaverse account

This page explains how to delete your account in the Astral Metaverse (AMV) app by Astral Metaphysic Pte. Ltd., and what happens to your data.

Delete it in the app (fastest)

• Open the AMV app and sign in.
• Tap Me, then Your data.
• Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Before you delete, you can tap Download my data on the same screen to keep a copy.

Can't open the app?

Email privacy@amv-social.com from the email address on your AMV account, with your AMV username, and ask us to delete your account. We may ask you to confirm it's you. We aim to reply within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your profile, settings, sign-ins, birthday and birth time, BaZi 合 data, friends, follows, blocks, Blog posts, comments, likes and uploaded files. Your chat account is closed and erased.

What is kept, and for how long

• Your username is held for 90 days so nobody can pretend to be you.
• Reports and moderation decisions, invitation records and security records are kept without your name or account attached, only as long as needed for safety and legal purposes.
• Backups are kept for 14 days, with offsite copies for up to 28 days. If a backup is ever restored, deleted accounts are deleted again.
• Messages you sent stay with the people you sent them to.
